- Online puja registration is intended for devotees who are unable to visit the temple in person. If you plan to attend the puja physically, please make arrangements directly at the temple.
- Photos and videos of the puja performed on your behalf and your family's at the Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga temple are not permitted within the sacred space.
- Following the completion of your puja or abhishek, the divine prasad will be sent to your registered address via India Post. This blessed offering will bring the temple's sanctity directly to your home, allowing you to share the blessings with your loved ones..

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations:

Full refund: Available for cancellations made up to 1 day prior to the registered puja date. The full puja amount will be refunded, excluding any transaction charges.

No refund: Cancellations made on the date of the puja will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation approval.

The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for registration.
